This role spans the range of life-cycle from product interest to transactions to customer support. If youve managed complex projects in a custom manufacturing world then you know that creating a seamless customer experience can be an interesting challenge.

This is a hybrid role meaning 3 days in office and 2 days remote.
Major Responsibilities:
- Drive program management for complete on-time customer delivery with internal resources and third party vendors
- Lead and facilitate teams in defining projects up front including goal setting and metrics identification milestone and deliverable identification resource and budget planning and schedule definition
- Facilitate successful project delivery for multiple projects working with internal and external resources
- Manage risks proactively and address and document issues clearly and quickly with escalation when needed
- Ensure change management impacts are identified with appropriate actions in place for all projects
- Communicate project updates across all levels of stakeholders that include executive summaries critical path timelines with deliverable status Sales Order digest and results vs. pre-defined metrics
- Manage factory acceptance testing (FAT) process internal and external.
- Drive continuous improvement of Regal Rexnords project management practices tools and templates
- Perform all other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Required Education / Experience / Skills:
- Bachelors degree in business or technology
- 5 years of demonstrated experience successfully managing and delivering numerous projects simultaneously or large complex projects supporting strategic initiatives
- Meeting facilitation skills and ability to collaborate effectively with participants from all levels of the organization
- Experience negotiating difficult expectation resets
- Superior communication skills (verbal and written)
- Experience proactively identifying and responding to issues with timely and effective solutions
- Project Management Professional Certification (PMP) strongly preferred
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Demonstrated track record of thinking enterprise-wide and quickly connecting activities or issues in one area to potential impacts on projects
- Excellent time management and planning skills
