Summer School Lead Camp Teacher

Position Summary:
The Summer Enrichment Site Facilitator is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the summer enrichment program ensuring a safe organized and effective learning environment for students and staff. This role serves as the primary point of coordination for site-based logistics communication and instructional support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and monitor daily student attendance; ensure accurate recordkeeping and follow up on absences or discrepancies.
• Maintain ongoing communication with transportation services to support efficient arrival and dismissal procedures and resolve any issues in a timely manner.
• Prepare and submit required reports including attendance incident reports and program updates in accordance with established timelines.
• Provide onsite support to instructors by addressing immediate needs troubleshooting challenges and assisting with classroom or activity management as needed.
• Ensure adherence to program expectations safety procedures and district guidelines.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for site-level questions concerns and problem-solving.

Qualifications:

• Experience in educational programs youth services or site-based coordination preferred
• Strong organizational communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with attendance tracking systems and reporting processes

Working Conditions:

• Onsite supervision required throughout program hours
• Frequent interaction with students staff and transportation personnel

This position plays a vital role in ensuring smooth operations and a positive experience for all participants in the summer enrichment program.

June 15 2026 through June 18 2026 Monday-Thursday 8:00 to 4:00

EVALUATION

Performance evaluation will be conducted using data from day to day site facilitation.
