Role Summary
Run the office at the center of a fast-moving high-standard business. This role anchors daily operations and keeps the team aligned and moving.
This is a fully on-site role on the East End of the Hamptons. The commute is real. LIRR access with pickup coordination is return this role offers a consistent 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM schedule direct access to leadership and a clear path to grow into broader operational responsibility.

What you will own
- Day-to-day office operations: scheduling communication and workflow
- Front-facing communication with clients vendors and team members
- Coordination across retail landscaping property care and design teams
- Execution support for leadership including follow-ups and prioritization
- Delivery scheduling and customer coordination
- Office systems supplies and internal organization
- Identifying breakdowns and improving how things run

What you bring
- 2 to 4 years of experience in office management operations or administrative leadership
- Clear professional communication across phone email and in person
- Strong organization with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Comfortable operating as the central point across teams
- Attention to detail with strong follow-through
Helpful but not required:
- Experience in retail construction design or service-based operations
- Experience coordinating vendors deliveries or field teams
$70000 to $85000 based on experience
