Job Summary
The Physical Therapist evaluates plans and implements individualized treatment programs for patients to improve mobility relieve pain and restore function. The role requires clinical expertise patient-centered care and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
Key Responsibilities
Evaluate patients and develop personalized treatment plans
Implement therapeutic exercises and rehabilitation programs
Monitor patient progress and modify treatment as needed
Educate patients and families on recovery and prevention
Maintain accurate documentation of patient care and outcomes
Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams
Ensure compliance with safety and infection control protocols
Use therapeutic equipment and modalities effectively
Qualifications
Bachelors / Masters / Doctorate in Physical Therapy
Active Colorado Physical Therapist License
Current BLS Certification
Strong clinical and communication skills
Prior experience preferred (based on facility requirement)
