No exceptions. Local Rules Locals are not accepted within 50 miles of Main campus (Cape Fear Valley Medical Center) References not required at time of submittal Candidate may float within hospital or sister campus depending on booking Background and License hits: No hits will be approved that occurred within the last year. Return Staff Policy (gone 1 yr to return as traveler) Extensions: Facility has a 2 contract limit for days and a 3 contract limit for nights. After reaching extension limits travelers must wait 6 months before being eligible to reapply as a traveler If your traveler is in any of the following specialties please note they will need to pass an Advanced EKG exam as a part of compliance: ED Peds ED Psych ED ICUs PACU RTs Step Down Tele Ms/Tele HRSH Extensions: Travelers may only extend once if they are on day shift. If they are on night shift they can extend twice. Only exception for this rule is Radiology. Compliance Note: vaccine exemption requests must be sent ASAP to avoid delays.
