Potential salary range for this role is $21.00-$24.00/hour. Actual pay will be determined based on experience qualifications geographic location and other job-related factors permitted by Facilities Technician is responsible for the daily upkeep of the facility including cleaning performing light repairs and maintaining both the interior and exterior grounds. All tasks must be completed in alignment with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and Viant policies. This role requires a commitment to presenting Viant in a professional and exemplary manner to suppliers colleagues and the broader community. This role involves hands-on maintenance across multiple disciplines including electrical plumbing HVAC. carpentry and general repairs to ensure a safe clean and functional work youll do:Conduct routine inspections and perform preventive maintenance and minor repairs across the facility including HVAC plumbing and electrical promptly to maintenance requests resolving issues efficiently and or replace faulty equipment fixtures and components as cleanliness and safety of all work areas including outdoor inventory of maintenance supplies and initiate orders when with office relocations furniture assembly and event accurate records of maintenance activities repairs and general knowledge and technical skills to troubleshoot and maintain facility all building areas including offices production floors storage sheds restrooms furniture and general maintenance tasks including cleaning and trash filters on ventilation systems and designated materials such as chip barrels and monitor hazardous waste painting repairs and other facility upkeep tasks as customer products to and from external vendors for plant services when up seating and arrangements for company meetings and eventsEducation & Experience:High School Diploma or equivalent required.1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment2 years in facilities maintenance related roleSome knowledge of HVAC plumbing electrical & mechanical systems. Ability to read manuals and technical documentsPhysical Requirements:Ability to lift up to 30 lbs frequently and up to 50 lbs of standing bending carrying and sitting for extended be able to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).Must comply with all safety policies and to cutting fluids solvents lubricants and hazardous in safety training safety committee and hazard of ladders power tools and safety equipment.
