What You Will Be Doing:

Vertical: Games (needs to have sold and support game developers preferably AA and AAA knowledge of game outsourcing services art/audio/QA/player support/player experience)

Skill sets: experienced prospector and researcher consuming industry info tracking and following trends usage of AI tools for communication/prospecting/research/presentations/proposals/competitive positioning; attention to detail and strong client-facing comms;

• Curious about buyer behavior

• AI tech-enabled/trained/curious

• Comfortable acting on imperfect info or making pattern-based assumptions

• Disciplined with tools and processes

• Responsive sense of urgency diligent yet patient

• Ability to recognize opportunities early and respond with context and confidence

• Ability to convert intent into meetings

• Comfortable working with clear and actionable success metrics

Who We Are Looking For:

Your experience includes:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in the gaming industry managing enterprise accounts.

• Proven success balancing business development with long-term account growth.

• Ideally based in Austin TX and well-connected within the gaming community.

• Strong relationship builder with a great cultural fit and the ability to engage authentically with clients and colleagues.

• Demonstrated experience working with indie AA and AAA developers and publishers.

• Solid understanding of the gaming services ecosystem including localization QA player support art audio marketing and analytics.

• Highly organized self-starting and detail-oriented with excellent communication and reporting skills.

• An existing network in the gaming industry is a significant plus.
