Werebuilding a world-class ProgramExcellence Center (PEC) within our Portfolio Management & Design Control (PMDC) organizationandwerelooking for a driven systems-minded Manager to help lead the this high-impact roleyoullhelp shape the foundational capabilities that drive execution excellence across our global R&D portfolio. From embedding standardized practices to enabling transparent governance and building programmanagement talentyoullplay a key role in delivering innovation with confidence consistency and speed.This position is on-site ineitherFort Worth Texasor Lake Forest California.

WhatYoullDo:

Develop and deploy standardized project and portfolio management processes templates andgovernance frameworks.

Build andmaintainportfolio dashboards KPIs and reporting routines to enable data-driven decision-making.

Partner with Program Directors and project teams to support adoption of PMDC methodologies and ensure alignment with strategic priorities.

Lead training onboarding and capability-building programs for PMDC roles in collaboration with the Learning and Engagement team.

Support the rollout and continuous improvement of project management tools and knowledge systems in partnership with IT and business stakeholders.

Facilitate lessons learned capture knowledge sharing and continuous improvement across the portfolio.

Contribute to the long-term scalability and sustainability of PEC byidentifyingopportunities for innovation simplification and cross-functional alignment

WhatYoullBring:

Bachelors Degree or Equivalent years ofdirectly relatedexperience (or high school 13 yrs; Assoc.9 yrs; M.S.2 yrs; PhD0 yrs)

The ability to fluently read writeunderstandand communicate in English

5 years of experience in project or program management preferably inmedtech pharma or regulated R&D.

Preferred Qualifications:

Proven ability to implement PMOcapabilities (governance metrics training tools).

Strong understanding of stage-gate processes portfolio management and cross-functional project leadership.

Excellent communication facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills.

Comfortoperatingin ambiguity and building structure from scratch.
