Key Responsibilities
Oversee the daily operations of the Parts Department
Manage inventory levels ordering pricing and vendor relationships
Lead train and develop a high-performing parts team
Collaborate closely with the Service and Sales departments
Maintain accurate records controls and compliance standards
Drive departmental efficiency profitability and customer satisfaction
Qualifications
Previous dealership Parts Management experience (Toyota experience preferred)
Strong leadership organizational and communication skills
Knowledge of inventory management systems and best practices
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Detail-oriented with a customer-focused mindset
