Advantage Toyota of River Oaks is looking for an experienced and motivated Parts Managerto lead our parts department. This role is ideal for a results-driven professional who understands dealership operations excels at team leadership and is passionate about delivering excellent service.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the Parts Department
- Manage inventory levels ordering pricing and vendor relationships
- Lead train and develop a high-performing parts team
- Collaborate closely with the Service and Sales departments
- Maintain accurate records controls and compliance standards
- Drive departmental efficiency profitability and customer satisfaction
Qualifications
- Previous dealership Parts Management experience (Toyota experience preferred)
- Strong leadership organizational and communication skills
- Knowledge of inventory management systems and best practices
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with a customer-focused mindset
