Location: Elmhurst IL
Job Type: Contract
Shift & Schedule: 5x8 Hour Shifts (40 hrs/week) MondayFriday Day Shift
Pay Rate: $40 to $45/hr
Position Overview:
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking Regional Director of Operations for an exciting opportunity in Elmhurst IL.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead multi-site healthcare operations across SPD Transportation and Facilities
- Oversee and mentor site-level directors managers and coordinators
- Set regional performance goals and ensure operational alignment
- Ensure compliance with AAMI CDC CMS DOT OSHA and accreditation standards
- Standardize workflows documentation and operational processes
- Monitor regional performance metrics and drive corrective actions
- Lead continuous improvement and operational efficiency initiatives
- Manage talent development succession planning and leadership coaching
- Collaborate with cross-functional and executive leadership teams
Requirements:
- 10 years operational experience required
- 5 years multi-site leadership experience required
- Strong knowledge of healthcare regulatory standards (AAMI CDC CMS DOT OSHA)
- Experience managing SPD logistics or facilities operations
- Bachelors degree required (Masters preferred)
- CRCST or equivalent certification preferred
