Werelooking for aSeniorCustomer Success Manager to partner closely with ourhigh valuecustomers and ensure they achieve real measurable value from EROADs solutions.This willinvolvesharing yourknowledgewhile at the same time improving quality and consistencyacrossthe team.

About the role

Youwillbe responsible fordeliveringanexceptional customerexperienceandahigh rateof retention and growth withina significant andhigh value customerportfolio. Your experience will enable you tocontribute to the overallstrengthandmaturityoftheEROADteamwithout people management responsibilities.

In this role you will:

Manage an assigned portfolio of customers meeting agreed SLAs KPIs and customer success measures including adoption satisfaction retention and valuerealisation.

Act as a subject matter expert onEROADproducts and technology.

Take full ownership of customer issuesidentifyopportunitiesandrisksandco-ordinatewith thewider team.

Share insightsandlearningsfrom customersto improveprocessesproductsand ways of working within theteam.

Contribute to the continuous improvementofCustomerSuccessprocessesplaybooksand tools to supportscalable efficient and repeatable delivery.

Collaborate closely with TechnicalAccountManagersSalesCustomer Care. Productand other internalteamstodeliverahigh qualitycustomerexperience andtraining.

Whatyoullbring

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • At least 3years experiencein Customer Success Customer Operations or Service Management

  • Demonstrated experienceworking closely with technical and delivery teamsto support product adoption issueresolutionandrevenue growth.

  • Anunderstanding of Customer Delivery frameworksprocessesand tools.

  • Strong communication stakeholder management and problem-solving skills

  • Commercialacumen andexperienced inusingof data for decision making

  • ACustomer-obsessed mindset with a focus on outcomes and value

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced growth environment

  • BachelorsDegree and/or 7years experiencein a customer facing capacity (egCSM AM Customer Operations orsimilar).
