Position summary
Drive the programs that keep operations running smoothly at scale. As a Manager Operations (Program Manager) youll lead high-impact cross-functional initiatives that protect revenue uphold standards and enable the LMD program to grow. Youll turn complex operational challenges into clear requirements align partners across Product Engineering Policy Data Science and Legal and deliver solutions from strategy through executiongrounded in data customer insights and measurable KPIs.About the team
The team enables consistent high-quality execution across the LMD network by defining standards improving processes and partnering with technical and policy teams to build scalable solutions. We operate at the intersection of frontline realities and system designbringing operational needs into roadmaps tooling and governance. This role is critical to ensuring operational goals are embedded in how products and processes are built measured and continuously improved so the program can scale while maintaining strong performance and compliance.What youll do
- Build standards playbooks and toolkits that improve execution consistency across the network.
- Translate operational needs into product policy and system requirements; represent Operations with cross-functional partners.
- Drive alignment on roadmaps prioritization and delivery plans to ensure operational goals are reflected in system design.
- Define track and report KPIs to measure impact and identify optimization opportunities.
- Identify and implement process improvements using operational data customer insights and market trends.
- Bachelors degree in business Operations Supply Chain or a related fieldorequivalent experience.
- 3 years of experience in Merchandising Operations Retail Operations or a related field.
- 2 years of experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives.
- Demonstrated experience building project plans metrics and structured documentation.
- PMP Agile SAFe or other project management certification.
- Advanced analytical skills (Excel PowerPoint Airtable Jira and Confluence).

The annual salary range for this position is $70000.00 - $130000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
