Shift: Day Shift (6:00 AM 6:30 PM) / Night Shift (6:00 PM 6:30 AM)
Duration: 13 Weeks
Position Overview:
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking LPN - LTCfor an exciting Travel or Local job in Flagstaff AZ.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor patient vital signs and report changes to RN or physician
- Administer medications and treatments as directed
- Assist patients with ADLs including bathing dressing and mobility
- Maintain accurate EMR documentation
- Support RN in implementing care plans
- Provide basic wound care and assist with procedures
- Educate patients and families on basic care instructions
- Follow infection control and safety protocols
- Respond to patient needs and emergencies within scope of practice
Qualifications:
- Active state LPN license
- BLS certification required
- Minimum 1 year clinical or hospital experience
- Strong communication and patient care skills
