Job Summary

Overview:

We are hiring for one of our telecom clients a leading organisation managing large-scale mobile networks seeking experienced RF Engineers to optimise network performance and stability.

Job Description:

Analyse and resolve network issues to improve KPIs and ensure network stability.
Perform RF optimisation for GSM UMTS and LTE (VoLTE) networks.
Conduct event-based network optimisation and performance assurance.
Utilise BO/BI MO Shell and ENM tools for analysis and reporting.
Implement action plans to enhance coverage capacity and overall network quality.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelors/Masters degree in Telecommunication Engineering.
Fresh Graduates or 6 months to 1 year of experience in the relevant field.
Strong knowledge of Ericsson parameters KPI formulas and network functionalities.
Excellent understanding of GSM UMTS and LTE (VoLTE) technologies.
Proficient in network analysis and optimisation tools.
