Job Summary
The opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity for a solicitor or senior solicitor (two to six years PQE) with corporate transactional experience to join a highly experienced team led by Nick Bragg and Sarah McEwan.
In this role you will be exposed to a wide variety of corporate matters with a focus on private and public mergers and acquisitions equity and debt capital markets transactions corporate advisory and governance matters.
This team works for a range of top domestic and international clients on interesting and complex corporate transactions including on some of the largest and most high-profile transactions in the New Zealand market as well as working with New Zealands start-up sector advising both investors and growth companies on making or taking early-stage capital investments.

- Have two to six years PQE in corporate law with experience in M&A and corporate transactions
- Show a high level of attention to detail and an ability to learn quickly
- Be passionate about furthering your career in corporate law

- Be self-motivated enthusiastic and keen on developing yourself through continuous learning.
