Compensation: $42$46 pay per visit $10000 sign-on bonus (paid quarterly)

About the Role

A growing home health organization in Western Pennsylvania is hiring full-time Registered Nurses to provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes. This is a flexible community-based role with a strong onboarding program real schedule flexibility and a $10K bonus for the right candidate. If you have hospital experience and have been curious about home health this is a great entry point.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care to home health patients in your assigned territory
• Develop and manage individualized patient care plans alongside the clinical team
• Complete documentation using electronic medical records (HomeCare HomeBase)
• Travel locally to patient homes within your service area (mileage reimbursement provided)
• Manage one on-call shift per week (5p10p) and one weekend per month

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the State of Pennsylvania
• Associate degree or higher in Nursing
• Minimum 1 year of RN experience Med/Surg Telemetry or ER backgrounds preferred
• BLS/AHA certification (assistance available if needed)
• Valid drivers license reliable transportation and active auto insurance
• Home health experience a plus not required
