• Assignment locations vary by season. Reliable transportation to all cities in this cluster is required.

• Youth Engagement: Use an inviting high-energy mindset to keep 38 year olds focused and excited.
• On-Field Instruction: Teach drills and fundamentals for Soccer Flag Football and Baseball. (Basketball and Volleyball experience is a plus).
• Game Day Logistics: Manage the setup and breakdown of equipment. (Note: Setup/cleanup blocks count as one game toward compensation).
• Game Flow: Keep time manage the score and adjust your coaching style to fit the age group on the field.
• Customer Service: Maintain a positive attitude with parents and coaches to ensure a great experience for every family.
  
  

• Child-Centric Mindset: You must be patient engaging and genuinely enjoy working with younger children (ages 38).
• Sports Background: At least 2 years of experience playing or coaching Soccer Football and Baseball.
• Weekend Availability: Must be able to work Saturday and Sunday shifts consistently.
• Transportation: Must have a valid drivers license and your own reliable vehicle for travel within the cluster.
• Physicality: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active on the field for the duration of the games.
• Background Check: Must pass a mandatory National Criminal Background Check.
