Job Summary
Job Description
Responsible for the operation and management of the Facilities Department for the System. Provides leadership to all facilities manages preventive and operational maintenance mechanical and electrical systems buildings grounds and utilities in a safe dependable and efficient manner. Responsible for longrange planning overseeing engineering services annual and continuous budgeting development & implementation of policies and procedures ensuring compliance with all AHJ and Joint Commission life safety standards. The director is responsible for directing all facility managers and the facilities call center.Job Requirements
