This facility specializes in small format production (50mL-375mL bottles) leveraging 14 high speed production lines to produce over 13 million cases of various spirits annually. We are in search of talented individuals who have a strong desire to develop others and lead a team to success. Main focus for this role will be on shift production and driving capabilities through implementing sound manufacturing processes. This facility operates 24/7 and this role will work an alternative work schedule.

The Maintenance Planner and Scheduler will be able tomanage parts inventory equipment tracking and spare parts records while developing a vendor-managed inventory system to streamline scanning and this role you will collaborate with vendors to maintain competitive costs and lead preventive maintenance scheduling by building a database of OEM-recommended PMs across all plant equipment. The position also supports the facility safety program and implements predictive maintenance strategies. Overall the goal is to maximize equipment uptime and improve overall equipment effectiveness (OEE).

This role will be onsite with a Monday-Friday day shift schedule.

What Youll Do:

• Comprehensive safety program developed and led by team members and managers to include safety training initiatives written safety programs and rules tailored to the work of individual departments and designed to at least meet FederalStateand provincial safety requirements.
• Create Implement and Evaluate cost saving projects that will drive costs out of the business without resulting in a reduction in quality.
• Handle multiple tasks at one time.
• Communicate with our Plant Leaders.

MUST:

• Apprenticeship program technical school or Associates Degree.
• Strong analytical and technical skills.
• Working knowledge of MS office products (word excel and outlook).
• Ability to quickly learn new systems/processes.

PREFERRED:

• 5-10 years relevant experience

The annual salary range for this role is $81025.60 - $10128. Final compensation will be based on relevant experience qualifications geographic location and internal pay equity considerations.
