Key Responsibilities
- Project Leadership: Direct and oversee the full lifecycle of high-visibility multi-disciplinary projects ensuring delivery on time within scope and on budget while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Executive-Level Engagement: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and complex project reports for C-level executives and senior stakeholders distilling technical and business information into clear actionable insights.
- Strategic Reporting & Communication: Create analyze and present detailed project dashboards status updates and business reviews; facilitate executive review meetings and synthesize feedback into project direction.
- Stakeholder Management: Build strong collaborative relationships across organizational boundaries; serve as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact for executive sponsors clients and partners.
- Team Development & Leadership: Mentor coach and develop project team members; foster a culture of high performance continuous learning and accountability; lead by example and enable the team to achieve stretch goals.
- Risk Management & Problem Solving: Anticipate identify and proactively resolve project risks issues and roadblocks; drive root-cause analysis and implement corrective actions with a sense of urgency.
- Process Optimization: Evaluate and refine project management methodologies and tools to drive operational excellence and scale best practices throughout the organization.
- Change Leadership: Champion organizational change initiatives; communicate vision and benefits; ensure successful adoption of new processes technologies and structures.
What Were Looking For
Qualifications & Success Profile Alignment
- Bachelors degree in Engineering Business or related field; Masters degree and/or PMP certification preferred.
- 15 years of progressive project management experience in technology semiconductors or a closely related industry.
- Proven track record of delivering complex multi-stakeholder projects at scale including executive-level reporting and presentations.
- Exceptional written verbal and visual communication skills; able to influence and engage at all levels of the organization including executives.
- Strong leadership presence with demonstrated ability to inspire coach and develop high-performing teams.
- Expertise in Agile and Waterfall methodologies project lifecycle management and advanced project management tools (e.g. MS Project Jira Smartsheet).
- Demonstrated ability to drive process improvement manage change and implement best practices.
- High degree of emotional intelligence adaptability and resilience in navigating organizational complexity.

Expected Base Pay Range (USD)
142580 - 213600 $ per annumThe successful candidates starting base pay will be determined based on job-related skills experience qualifications work location and market conditions. The expected base pay range for this role may be modified based on market conditions.
