Senior Locum Occupational Therapist – Equipment & Adaptations

Liquid Personnel is seeking an experienced Senior Occupational Therapist to join its clients Equipment and Adaptations Team working with both adults and children in role focuses on delivering highquality OT input around equipment provision and minor and major adaptations supporting individuals to live safely and independently.

What will your responsibilities be

• Complete occupational therapy assessments related to equipment and housing adaptations
• Manage and deliverminor and major worksrecommendations
• Work with bothadult and childrens social care cases
• Liaise closely with housing contractors and partner agencies
• Provide professional seniorlevel OT input ensuring Care Actcompliant practice
• Contribute to timely decisionmaking to support safe home environments

Essential Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Occupational Therapy
• HCPC registration
• Experience working withinsocial care
• Strong experience inequipment and adaptations
• Knowledge ofminor and major worksprocesses
• Ability to work autonomously at a senior level

Working Arrangements:

• Fulltime:37 hours per week
• Based atCivic Centre Wolverhampton
• Office attendance required one day per week (Thursday)
