At Demant Hearing Care division Audika Group we are looking for an experienced Paid Social Media Manager based in Warsaw to help us take our paid social performance to the next level. Audika Group is the Hearing Care division of Demant and we are among the worlds leading hearing care retailers with more than 3.000 hearing clinics across 25 markets. By joining our Digital Channels team youll enjoy an inspiring and dynamic role within a truly international environment.

We are currently expanding our digital marketing capabilities in Poland where this role will sit alongside a new Paid Search Manager. Although you are based in our Warsaw hub you will be an integrated member of our central marketing team in Denmark and report directly to a manager located there.

The Role

Were looking for a Paid Social Media Manager whos passionate about campaign execution and performance this role youll manage and optimize paid social campaigns across the entire funnel with a strong focus on lead generation to drive highquality appointments.

You wont need to plan campaigns from scratch. Your mission is to execute analyze and improve campaign performance primarily on Meta which is our key platform while also exploring opportunities on TikTok LinkedIn and others in the future. You will also be responsible for sharing best practices across your portfolio of markets to ensure continuous improvement and alignment.

This year we plan to onboard several new markets into our Global Social Program. As part of this transition you will play an important role in taking over the execution from local teams or their existing agencies and ensuring a smooth handover into our centralized model.

What Youll Do
Execute paid social campaigns based on local market briefs budgets and strategy
Launch monitor and optimize campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) TikTok LinkedIn etc
Own the day-to-day ad account management: set-up testing pacing reporting and optimization
Analyze and report on campaign performance with actionable insights
Coordinate with agencies and creative teams to ensure assets are delivered and implemented effectively
Test creatives copy and audience setups to continuously improve performance
Ensure all campaigns meet performance benchmarks and quality standards
Explore new lead-gen opportunities with maximum business impact
Build yearly roadmaps for your portfolio of markets

What You Bring
35 years of hands-on experience running paid social campaigns focused on lead generation
Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager; familiarity with TikTok LinkedIn Campaign Manager and other platforms
Strong analytical skills comfortable working with data dashboards and campaign reporting
Organized detail-oriented and comfortable managing multiple campaigns across markets
Experience working with external agencies or cross-functional teams
Clear communicator who can translate results into next steps

Nice to Have
Experience working in a Global environment
Familiarity with healthcare or other regulated industries
