Physical Therapist (Traveller)
Location: Wheat Ridge CO

Job Summary
The Physical Therapist evaluates and treats patients to improve mobility reduce pain and restore functional independence. This role requires strong clinical judgment patient-centered care and coordination with the healthcare team.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide therapeutic exercises and rehabilitation interventions
- Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
- Educate patients and caregivers on therapy goals and recovery
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
- Ensure compliance with safety and infection control standards
- Utilize therapy equipment and modalities effectively
Qualifications
- Degree in Physical Therapy (Bachelors / Masters / DPT)
- Active Colorado Physical Therapist License
- Current BLS Certification
- Strong communication and clinical skills
- Prior experience preferred
