Job Summary
The Physical Therapist evaluates and treats patients to improve mobility reduce pain and restore functional independence. This role requires strong clinical judgment patient-centered care and coordination with the healthcare team.
Key Responsibilities
Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
Provide therapeutic exercises and rehabilitation interventions
Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
Educate patients and caregivers on therapy goals and recovery
Maintain accurate clinical documentation
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
Ensure compliance with safety and infection control standards
Utilize therapy equipment and modalities effectively
Qualifications
Degree in Physical Therapy (Bachelors / Masters / DPT)
Active Colorado Physical Therapist License
Current BLS Certification
Strong communication and clinical skills
Prior experience preferred
