Position Description:
The Alcon Supply Chain team is looking for talented and motivated early-career graduates to join our Supply Chain Leadership Development Program (SCLDP) starting in June 2026 at our Fort Worth TX location.
The Supply Chain Leadership Development Program (SCLDP) at Alcon is a key pipeline for graduate-degree talent with the ambition to advance into leadership positions within Alcons Supply Chain functions. Exceptional individuals selected for this highly selective and challenging program engage in tailored rotational experiences that support a leadership career path. Members will complete three year-long rotations.
Rotations will include Supply Chain & Analytics Transportation & Logistics and Warehouse & Distribution. Program benefits include mentorship functional programming networking events tailored development and executive presentations to share key learnings and outcomes from each rotation. Members will also have the chance to make a real-world impact by working on meaningful projects that help patients and customers see brilliantly.
Rotational Experiences:
Supply Chain & Analytics: Gain hands-on experience that may include demand and/or supply planning inventory optimization and data-driven decision-making while supporting enterprise planning initiatives in a regulated global supply chain environment.
Transportation & Logistics: Build practical expertise in logistics operations freight and carrier management and/or trade compliance while learning how transportation decisions impact cost service and customer experience.
Warehouse & Distribution: Develop a strong understanding of warehouse and distribution center operations may include inventory control safety compliance and process discipline while supporting a project focused on daily execution and continuous improvement.
Apply job-related and foundational professional knowledge to complete assigned tasks and support defined project or operational objectives.
Support enterprise functional or site-level initiatives by completing assigned deliverables accurately and on time.
Collect organize and analyze information to support reporting documentation and decision-making.
Follow established processes procedures and governance requirements particularly in regulated environments.
Collaborate with team members and cross-functional partners to support shared goals.
Communicate progress risks and outcomes clearly to assigned stakeholders.
Participate in performance feedback development discussions and learning activities.
Demonstrate reliability attention to detail and accountability in day-to-day work.
Minimum Qualifications:
Must have or be pursuing a bachelors degree MBA or MS in Supply Chain Industrial Engineering Management Information Systems Data Analytics Finance Economics other business-related disciplines or a related major.
Must graduate in December 2025 or May 2026 (for a June 2026 start date).
Academic performance: minimum cumulative GPA of 2.8/4.0.
Demonstrated leadership skills (e.g. through extracurricular activities or projects).
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. on a permanent basis.
Ability to commit to a three-year full-time (40 hours per week) rotational program in Fort Worth TX.
