Sr. Manager (mfd) Wafer Sales Operations

This is your new job

• Act as the primary operational interface between Sales Supply Chain and Manufacturingfor wafer customers

• Collect consolidate and validate customer demand and forecasts

• Translate sales demand into capacity-feasible wafer supply plans

• Own order fulfillment from PO intake to shipment and invoicing

• Manage delivery commitments backlog and allocation during constrained supply

• Coordinate closely with internal fabs and/or external foundry partners

• Lead customer supply escalations and recovery plans

• Prepare operational and commercial reports on delivery backlog and revenue

• Continuously improve sales and supply chain processes and system usage

This is you

• 8years in semiconductor supply chain sales operations or foundry operations

• Strong understanding of wafer manufacturing and capacity planning

• Proven experience working with S&OP demand planning or allocation processes

• High proficiency in Excel and ERP systems (SAP / Oracle)

• Strong stakeholder management skills in highpressure environments

• Ability to balance customer expectations with operational realities
