TRC Supervisor
Job Summary
The Temporary Risk Consulting (TRC) Supervisor supports Global Banking clients by leading the execution of risk regulatory and compliancefocused engagements for a defined period or project. This role is handson and deliveryfocused responsible for overseeing engagement fieldwork reviewing work products and supporting client communications while ensuring quality consistency and timeliness.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute TRC engagement fieldwork for Global Banking clients
- Review workpapers testing results and supporting documentation to validate conclusions
- Identify control gaps assess design and operating effectiveness and document clear observations
- Support regulatory remediation efforts QA/testing and validation activities as applicable
- Assist in the preparation and review of client deliverables; participate in status updates and exit meetings
- Provide daytoday guidance coaching and review of work performed by associates and senior associates
- Monitor engagement progress and proactively escalate risks issues or timing concerns to TRC leadership
Required Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in risk consulting regulatory compliance internal audit or a related discipline
- Experience supporting banking or financial services clients
- Working knowledge of internal controls risk management and regulatory compliance concepts
- Strong analytical documentation and written/verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior Temporary Risk Consulting Professional Risk Consulting or public accounting/consulting experience
- Exposure to regulatory remediation quality assurance validation or secondline activities
- Relevant professional certifications (e.g. CPA CIA CISA CAMS)
