Our client located in Austin Texas close to downtown is in need a of a Mid-Level Project Scheduler to work on a big mulit-year transportation project. This is an onsite direct hire opportunity.

Mid-Level Project Scheduler Role
Develop maintain and manage detailed project schedules using Primavera P6
Support a major transit infrastructure program including expansion of new rail lines connecting downtown Austin to the airport and additional east-west corridors
Partner with project managers engineers and stakeholders to define scope timelines and deliverables across long-term infrastructure projects
Monitor project progress and update schedules to reflect actual performance and evolving project conditions
Identify schedule risks delays and critical path impacts; provide mitigation strategies and recommendations
Perform schedule analysis including critical path float and resource loading
Support baseline schedule development and ongoing schedule validation
Generate reports and dashboards on milestones progress and performance metrics
Participate in project meetings and provide scheduling insights to support decision-making
Ensure alignment with industry best practices and internal scheduling standards
Manage multiple priorities within a large-scale multi-year program
