Pay Rate: $47$51/hr
Position Overview:
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking Physical Therapist for an exciting Travel or Local job in Los Angeles CA.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct patient evaluations and physical therapy treatments
- Develop individualized rehabilitation programs
- Provide outpatient therapy services to support recovery
- Monitor and document patient progress and outcomes
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
- Adjust treatment plans based on patient response
- Educate patients on recovery exercises and care plans
- Ensure safe and effective therapy delivery
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation
- Support improved mobility and functional independence
Requirements:
- Active California Physical Therapist (PT) license
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Rehabilitation experience preferred
