What Youll Be Doing

• Install furnaces ACs and accessories to manufacturer standards
• Fabricate and install ductwork and transitions
• Handle flue piping gas connections and refrigerant vacuums
• Wire low-voltage components
• Keep job sites clean safe and dialed in
• Stock and organize your company vehicle
• Walk homeowners through their new system with confidence
• Represent Genz Ryan like a pro on every install
• Jump in on additional install tasks when needed

• 1 year of HVAC install experience (residential preferred)
• Valid drivers license with a clean record
• Strong work ethic and a positive attitude
• Open to learning and growing your skill set
• Solid communication and basic tech comfort
• Able to pass a background check and physical work simulation
• 18 years old and willing to work within a 60-mile radius of Burnsville
