Certification Requirement (Required)

This position is open to caregivers with one of the following:
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Maryland
Certified Medication Technician (CMT) Maryland (a plus)
Home Health Aide (HHA) or relevant caregiving experience

Candidates must meet Maryland requirements for providing personal care services.

Key Responsibilities

Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) and personal care
Support client safety mobility and daily routines
Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping and errands
Provide companionship and emotional support
Observe document and report changes in client condition

Requirements

Active Maryland CNA license or equivalent caregiving certification/experience
Ability to pass a background check
Reliable transportation preferred
Compassionate dependable and professional
Ability to work independently while following care plans
