Position Overview:
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking Nurse Manager Labor & Delivery (L&D) for an exciting Travel or Local job in Corpus Christi TX.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of Labor & Delivery unit
• Manage staffing scheduling and resource allocation for 80 FTEs
• Ensure quality patient care and adherence to clinical standards
• Monitor and evaluate nursing care delivery and outcomes
• Enforce compliance with hospital policies and procedures
• Collaborate with OB NICU and surgical teams
• Support graduate medical education and interdisciplinary practice
• Lead performance improvement and operational initiatives
• Ensure safe efficient high-acuity patient flow management
• Provide leadership during clinical escalations and emergencies

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year recent leadership experience in Labor & Delivery (within last year)
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Associate Degree in Nursing (ASN) or RN Diploma required
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
• Proven experience managing large clinical teams in acute care setting
• Strong leadership and communication skills
