Job Duties and Responsibilities: The position will be responsible for overseeing assessment in the department support course scheduling oversee student programs like peer-mentoring oversee student forms and tracking completion helping students with mentoring/advising working with students for degree completion and monitoring retention and recruitment for the department. They will also support the administrative assistant all academic programs and social media/communications. They may also help organize and plan department events for various stakeholders.
Qualifications
Required Education and Experience:
Associates Degree 4 years of relevant experience or a Bachelors degree 2 years of relevant experience.

2. Ability to adapt to the demands of various programs within higher education.
3. Possess strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
4. Possess a strong knowledge of programs within the department.

Environment: Work is normally performed in a typical interior/office work environment.
