The Senior Cloud Services Engineer is responsible for the design operational excellence and evolution of enterprise automation platforms used across Humana. This role provides technical leadership for onboarding enablement platform architecture governance and automation strategy enabling internal teams to deliver at scale.

Required Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in automation DevOps platform engineering cloud engineering or application support
• Demonstrated experience designing delivering and operating automation or platforms used by multiple teams
• Experience owning production platforms or services with broad organizational usage
• Experience making architectural or design decisions in complex environments
• Experience balancing security scalability and developer experience
• Proven ability to lead work independently and influence without authority
• Ability to script in Python PowerShell or similar language
• Experience working in a cloud environment (Azure preferred)
• Understanding of SaaS integration patterns and networking fundamentals
• Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills
• Operate autonomously and lead through influence

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting or developing cloud-based applications
• Hands-on experience designing or operating workflow orchestration platforms at scale
• Advanced experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or equivalent) including module design and governance
• Experience with enterprise automation platforms
• Experience integrating with REST APIs

Pay Range

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills knowledge experience education certifications etc.

$106900 - $147000 per year

This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
