5 years of leadership experience with oversight of 50 employees
Highly motivated with strong team leadership skills
Strong troubleshooting and decision making abilities
Excellent communication skills
Monitoring/Assessing performance of yourself and other individuals to make improvements or take corrective action
Time management skills with the ability to successfully manage ones time and time of others
Must be proficient in the use of personal computers including Windows based software and Microsoft Office applications
Experience with Epicors ERP software a plus
