Safety, Environmental & Training Leader

Problem supports or facilitates incident investigations near miss reviews root cause analysis corrective actions and follow-up and maintains training matrices training plans qualification systems and refresher training standardized work clear expectations and consistent training methods to improve safety quality productivity and associate the site training system for hourly and salaried associates to ensure training requirements are identified documented completed and training effectiveness and recommends improvements based on performance data observations incidents and business a leader and role model of company values and professional collaboratively across departments to remove barriers and improve resultsWhat Were Looking ForBachelors degree required (Safety Science or Engineering preferred)Manufacturing experience with preferred 2 years of leadership experienceOSHA environmental training lean or continuous improvement certifications are a plusProven ability to lead coach and motivate analytical organizational and problem-solving in a unionized manufacturing environment preferredStrong verbal and written communication skills
