Rainbow Acres a faithbased nonprofit residential community is hiring Caregivers / Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to support adults with developmental disabilities. This is a caregiver position focused on daily care safety independence and quality of life in a supportive Christian environment. Key Responsibilities
- Provide daily care and support for adults with developmental disabilities
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Support emotional social and physical wellbeing
- Administer medications as prescribed and document accurately
- Maintain a safe clean and respectful living environment
- Transport residents to appointments and offsite activities
- Collaborate with healthcare vocational and support teams
- Protect resident rights and follow all safety procedures
This is a safetysensitive caregiver position requiring strong attention to detail and accountability.
Qualifications
- Must be 21 years or older
- Ability to complete Arizonaapproved Certified Caregiver training (employer paid)
- Experience with adults with developmental disabilities preferred
- Valid drivers license with clean driving record
- CPR / First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain. employer paid)
- Food Handlers Card (or willingness to obtain employer paid)
- Strong ethics compassion and reliability
- Alignment with a faithbased / Christian mission preferred
- Final candidates will be required to submit to our security clearance process.
