About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Commercial Banking Portfolio Coordinator as part of the Wholesale Lending Operations/Commercial Banking Operations division. This job is responsible for spreading business financial statements using prescribed financial analysis software. Learn more about the career areas and business divisions at .

In this role you will:

  • Review credit information of loans for companies and industries including reading and understanding accounting within various financial statements
  • Respond to customer inquiries generate status reports for management or bankers and contact available sources of information
  • Perform moderately complex credit investigations on companies and industries
  • Receive direction from Commercial Banking Portfolio Management supervisor and escalate noncompliant issues.
  • Ensure credit files are current
  • Interact with the immediate team and Commercial Banking Portfolio Management functional area to review process of companies for providing credits

Required Qualification:

  • 2 years of financial analysis experience or equivalent demonstrated through one ora combination of the following: work experience training military experience education.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Military experience involving analysis and evaluation of complex information such as intelligence analysis operational planning logistics finance management or resource oversight with responsibility for assessing risk validating data accuracy and supporting leadership decisionmaking
  • Military experience operating in regulated or accountabilitydriven environments including maintaining complete and accurate records following established procedures escalating issues when standards are not met and collaborating with crossfunctional teams to support mission or operational outcomes
  • Accounting or finance experience
  • Ability to read and interpret financial statements
  • Experience analyzing Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) Balance Sheet and Income Statements Tax Returns
  • Experience with one or a combination of the following systems: Credit View; Electronic Reporting and Compliance (ETRAC); FLO; EZ Request (EZR); Wholesale Banking Reporting System (WBRS); Business Lending and Sales Tracking (BLAST); Store Vision Platform (SVP); Hogan; Automated Financial Systems (AFS) or Imaging and Content Management Platform (ICMP); nCino
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
  • Excellent verbal written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy

Job Expectations:
