Production Lead

Are you a hands-on leader with a passion for training and manufacturing excellence Were looking for a Production Lead to join our team and play a key role in driving safe efficient and high-quality kit production. This is an opportunity to lead from the frontcoaching team members improving processes and ensuring operational success in a dynamic production environment.

What Youll Do

As a Production Lead youll coordinate daily production activities while serving as a mentor and resource for associates. Youll ensure that production runs smoothly safely and in compliance with quality standards.

• Oversee production jobs from start to completion with accuracy and urgency
• Dispense buffers and assemble kits following Good Laboratory Practices (GLP)
• Train and support new and existing production associates on processes and best practices
• Review and verify production job sheets for accuracy and compliance
• Enforce adherence to SOPs and quality standards
• Operate a variety of basic production equipment
• Promote and maintain a safe work environment aligned with company industry and regulatory standards
• Ensure compliance with SOPs and ISO quality and environmental management systems

What You Bring

• 12 years of experience in production planning within a manufacturing environment (or similar experience)
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Experience working with ERP systems
• Ability to obtain respirator certification upon hire

Preferred Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelors degree in biological sciences physical sciences or a related field
• Prior training or mentorship experience in a production or manufacturing setting
