As a Maintenance Technician you will provide excellent service to our residents and will help keep the apartment community running smoothly! The ideal candidate will have a background in electrical plumbing and appliances repairs as well as the skills to prepare apartments for new resident move ins.

Qualifications
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance in residents apartments
- Troubleshoot and repair plumbing electrical and appliance issues
- Complete work orders efficiently while providing excellent customer service
- Perform unit turnovers / make-readies
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance requests and completed work
- Collaborate with team members to improve service efficiency
- Grounds maintenance duties may also be required depending upon the needs of the apartment community
Requirements:
- Previous maintenance experience preferably in a multi-family or residential setting
- Knowledge of basic plumbing electrical and appliance repairs
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Tools and reliable transportation. We can assist with tools purchase if needed.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
