Youll step into a clinical executive leadership role focused on patient safety risk management regulatory readiness and measurable reduction in avoidable harm across a multi-hospital market. This is a high-visibility position working directly with senior leadership while guiding enterprise-level safety strategy.

What makes you a great fit
You hold a Bachelors degree in a clinically related field (Masters preferred)
You have 4 years of leadership experience in Patient Safety within an Acute Care Hospital
You have experience leading multi-site initiatives
You hold clinical licensure (RN preferred) and CPPS certification
You are confident influencing executive teams and driving culture change
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary: $137000 $190000
Incentive bonus up to 17.5%
