Position Overview
ISO Workforce Alliance is partnering with a Washington public school district to hire a School Psychologist to support students across K12 settings. This role reports to the Executive Director of Special Services and supports students psycho-educational development academic functioning and social-emotional needs.
The School Psychologist will collaborate closely with district and building teams to support assessment intervention eligibility determination and special education programming.
Compensation
$80$90 per hour (DOE)

Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive psycho-educational evaluations
Interpret assessment results and lead eligibility determinations
Develop implement and monitor FBAs PBIPs and ERPs
Participate in and facilitate multidisciplinary and IEP team meetings
Provide direct intervention and consultation for behavioral social and emotional needs
Support MTSS and SEL frameworks
Provide classroom consultation and behavior support
Assist with Child Find activities
Provide staff training and in-service support
Maintain required compliance documentation in accordance with federal and state regulations
Collaborate with families administrators and community partners
Required Qualifications
Valid Washington State ESA Certification as a School Psychologist
Knowledge of special education laws regulations and eligibility processes
Experience with assessment data collection and interpretation
Experience implementing behavior intervention systems
Working knowledge of MTSS and SEL best practices
Strong communication collaboration and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and within multidisciplinary teams
Preferred Qualifications
Five or more years of special education experience
Spanish-speaking ability
School counseling or BCBA certification
Crisis management and/or threat assessment training
Experience working with diverse student populations
