Job Summary

Job Title: Manager

Primary Skills:Design experience at an interactive agency advertising agency or in-house creative department. Strong understanding of design and marketing lifecycles. Proficient with industry standard design tools and practices (e.g. Figma InDesign After Effects etc.). Demonstrates strong hands-on experience using AI to support and enhance the creative process.

Secondary Skills:Ability to thrive in ambiguity bring order to creative chaos and build systems that allow teams to move quickly without losing quality. Ability to surface ideas from the embedded team to solve real problems. A self-starter who does not require hand-holding. Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
