Salary: | HK$26908 HK$37590 (HGPS point 9 - 15) per month including Monthly Allowance Up to 15% of total basic salary (after deducting the contribution of Mandatory Provident Fund by Hospital Authority) as end-of-contract gratuity may be offered to contract staff upon completion of the contract subject to satisfactory performance. |

Key Responsibilities: |
1. | Manage office operations handle inquiries and prepare correspondence. |
2. | Oversee office supplies equipment and coordinate maintenance. |
3. | Maintain confidential staff records and liaise with internal and external departments for application processing. |
4. | Keep records up-to-date compile reports and perform statistical analyses as required. |
5. | Assist with departmental projects meetings and activities. |
6. | Supervise junior staff and oversee clinical administrative workflows. |
7. | Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisors. |

Entry Requirements: |
1. | (a) Passes in 5 subjects in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination including English |
| Language (Syllabus B) Chinese Language and Mathematics at Grade E or above or equivalent; |
| OR |
| (b) 5 subjects in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education attaining the level specified below: |

2. | 3 years clerical experience with good knowledge of the functions and operations in one or more of the following areas: general administration filing and records keeping supplies and stores human resource finance accounting and statistics data input and analyses typing word processing and/or Chinese word processing telephone operation client communication and reception service

Preferred Attributes / Exposure: |
1. | Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (e.g. Word Excel SharePoint Teams) and willingness to learn new tools to enhance e-communication and departmental workflows. |
2 | Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese. |
3. | Strong interpersonal organizational and communication skills. |
4. | Responsible self-motivated and capable of working independently collaboratively and under pressure. |
