THE TEAM

Team Name & Location: Customer Success team based in Cologne with a possible secondary option in Paris for German-speaking candidates.

Team Composition: Customer-facing team managing a portfolio of around 20 accounts collaborating closely with internal teams including Product and Analytics as well as key account clients.

Role Overview: This is a Customer Success Manager role in a SaaS environment focused on managing and growing existing client relationships through strategic long-term support that helps clients achieve their KPIs through the platform.

Tech Stack & Tools: AB Tasty platform A/B testing and personalization tools reporting and KPI analysis dashboards and collaboration with Product and Analytics teams.

Additional Information: Priority location is the Cologne area with 2 days per week in the office; occasional travel within Germany is expected.


YOUR MISSION

  • Manage a portfolio of customers maximizing expansion while minimizing churn.

  • Build and maintain strong trust-based relationships with key account clients to ensure long-term success and loyalty.

  • Drive customer engagement adoption and performance by providing strategic consulting on testing and personalization optimization.

  • Lead workshops CRO meetings trainings and technical implementations to enhance customer experience.

  • Liaise with internal teams including Product and Analytics to provide feedback share insights and contribute to product evolution.

  • Act as a trusted advisor for clients presenting data-driven insights and recommendations to both C-levels and end-users.


WHAT YOULL BRING

  • Proven experience in Customer Success or Account Management for SaaS companies.

  • Confidence in customer consulting data analysis and translating insights into actionable marketing plans.

  • Eagerness to proactively drive customer success foster adoption and contribute to business growth.
