Salary: $750$1100 USD/month

About the company

Remote World is partnering with a Dutch e-commerce company to hire for this role. They run multiple online storefronts across Europe and need a project coordinator to keep cross-team initiatives moving.

The role

Youll track projects coordinate stakeholders and make sure nothing falls through the cracks. Youll own the project board run weekly standups chase dependencies and produce clear status updates for leadership so everyone knows whats happening and whats next.

What youll do

• Maintain the project board in Asana or ClickUp and keep it current
• Facilitate weekly standups and async check-ins across time zones
• Track milestones flag delays early and help teams unblock
• Produce clear status updates and project summaries for leadership
• Coordinate documentation: decisions action items retrospectives

What youll need

• Highly organised youve managed projects or complex workloads before
• Clear concise communicator in written English
• Comfortable with project management tools (Asana ClickUp Notion etc.)
• Proactive you chase things before they become problems

Nice to have

• Experience in a coordinator or operations role
• Familiarity with e-commerce workflows
• Any project management certification (PRINCE2 PMP Foundation etc.)
