Windows Automation (CRITICAL)

This is the #1 differentiator

Must have hands-on experience with:

PowerShell scripting (advanced)
Automated server provisioning:
- MDT (Microsoft Deployment Toolkit) OR
- SCCM / MECM OR
- VMware templates / cloning
Experience building:
- Push-button or repeatable server build processes

Nice to have:

Desired State Configuration (DSC)

Virtualization & Infrastructure

VMware vSphere (preferred)
Experience:
- VM provisioning
- Template-based deployments
Basic understanding of:
- Physical servers (HPE preferred)

Enterprise Integration Experience

Domain joins / OU placement
Security baseline configuration
Experience integrating with tools like:
- Patch management (WSUS Automox etc.)
- Vulnerability scanning (Qualys Nessus etc.)

Experience Profile

Ideal Background

5 10 years of experience
Titles like:
- Systems Administrator
- Windows Engineer
- Infrastructure Engineer

Critical Experience (MUST HAVE)

Built 50 servers in a single project OR equivalent scale
Experience with:
- Standardized builds
- Repeatable deployment processes
Worked in:
- Enterprise environments
