Job Summary

Primarily Monday Friday daytime hours
Rotating weekend coverage (approximately every 3rd weekend)
Store hours:
Mon Fri: 9:00 AM 6:00 PM
Sat: 9:00 AM 1:00 PM
Sun: Closed
Key Responsibilities
Verify and dispense prescriptions accurately
Provide patient counseling and immunizations
Oversee and support pharmacy staff workflow
Manage inventory and medication supply
Support long-term care prescription processing and coordination
Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
Deliver strong customer service and patient communication
Candidate Profile
Licensed Pharmacist (WI license or ability to obtain quickly)
Immunization certified or willing to become certified
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented and operationally reliable
Team-oriented with a positive attitude
Interest in independent pharmacy or business operations is a plus
