Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
Design and develop responsive reusable UI components using ReactJS
Build modern component based front end applications using JavaScript (ES6) and TypeScript
Integrate React UI with Java/Spring Boot microservices via REST APIs
Convert UX wireframes and requirements into high quality production code
Implement state management solutions and optimize application performance
Ensure cross browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness
Follow secure coding accessibility (WCAG/ADA) and compliance standards
Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and collaborate with cross functional teams
Perform code reviews and mentor junior developers
Debug troubleshoot and resolve UI production issues
Support CI/CD pipelines and automated UI testing

Required Technical Skills
Front-End / UI (Primary)
ReactJS (16) with Hooks and functional components
Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6) TypeScript
HTML5 CSS3 SCSS Responsive Design
UI libraries: Material UI Ant Design Bootstrap
Redux / Redux Toolkit / Context API for state management
REST API integration and JSON handling
Performance optimization and lazy loading techniques
Backend & Integration
Solid understanding of Java/J2EE concepts
Experience integrating with Spring Boot services
Familiarity with Microservices architecture
Testing & Tools
UI testing: Jest React Testing Library Cypress Selenium
Build tools: npm yarn Maven Gradle
Version control: Git / Bitbucket
CI/CD tools: Jenkins Azure DevOps GitHub Actions

Domain & Enterprise Experience
Prior experience in BFSI / Insurance domain (policy administration claims underwriting enrollment)
Knowledge of regulatory security and data privacy standards
Experience working with enterprise UI design systems
Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG / ADA)
Experience with large scale enterprise applications
