Job Summary
Role: Sr. Technical Lead/ Architect
Duration: Long Term
Location: Chicago/ NYC- Hybrid
We are seeking a Senior Technical Lead / Architect with extensive experience in C# .NET and associated Microsoft technologies. The ideal candidate will also possess hands-on expertise with REST API development VSTO Word Add-Ins MVC architecture SharePoint Online and AWS cloud technologies such as DynamoDB and S3. As a Senior Technical Lead you will be responsible for architecting designing and delivering scalable and high-performance software solutions while driving best practices and mentoring the team.
This role demands a strong combination of technical expertise problem-solving ability leadership and excellent communication skills. You must be able to work independently and collaborate across teams in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Architecture & Design:
Architect and design scalable high-performance software solutions using C# .NET and related technologies. Lead efforts to design REST APIs and implement a microservices-based architecture where applicable.
Development Leadership:
Lead and mentor the development team in best practices for coding design patterns and cloud architecture. Drive the development of new features and enhancements for web applications using MVC and modern front-end frameworks.
VSTO Word Add-In Development:
Design and develop custom Word Add-Ins using VSTO for various business workflows ensuring seamless integration with other systems like SharePoint Online.
