We are in the process of replacing our Tomotherapy machine with a Varian Linac which will be operational in September 2026. We currently use Mosaic and again transitioning to Aria in September 2026 Patient/Caseload Info. (Patient per day/hour call volume procedure volume) Daily Estimate of 18 to 24 patients. No call required. Staff Info. (Support staff info.) Physicist (2) Dosimetrist (2) Radiation Therapists (4) Radiation Oncology APP (1) Nurse (1) Patient Access (1) **Provider Requirements:** Board Certified Yes required to be board certified in radiation oncology. Required Procedures/Skills (Need details): Licensure requirement North Dakota license. Will consider IMLC if the provider has an easily transferrable DEA. **Rates: $500/hr. Must be able to provide 2 weeks of coverage per month consistently. Open to negotiation** **Expenses:** Flight cap - $1200 round trip Rental car Use Avis: Daily max $55 standard car up to $300/week Housing Use preferred hotels: Springhill Suites Staybridge Hampton Inn La Quinta
